i suck at posting.
Has anyone been paying attention to the CN bullshit that's been going on? I know most of my friends on here are Canadian and we don't get Cartoon Network -
( so i'll hide my little rant under a cut )
Sunday is Mike's birthday ♥ HE IS GOING TO BE 25. GROCE.

Man, I feel kind of bad though. My gifts are kind of crappy.. Just a tshirt, a dvd and two arts i draw'd. I feel bad I can't give him the awesome gifts he's accustomed to - since i've recently found myself jobless ( DONT WANNA TALK ABOUT ITTTT) I'd love to pick him up Resident Evil 5, as I know he's been wanting that for awhile now, but i can't find the damn thing for under 65 bucks. FUCK YOU EB (just kidding, hire me please♥)
I feel stupid for doing so much online shopping lately. I don't have the money to do so really (AND I SHOULD BE GETTING MIKE A BETTER P
HM. What else? I know Kelly (pictured below) wants me to post some art but i haven't really done anything new lately worth posting.

It's been awhile hasn't it?
Hm..well i guess I should start by updating the whole "applying for school" thing i left off on.
So pretty much got accepted, went to school, met cool people, met cool teachers, had fight with teacher in first couple weeks, was cool with teacher again, made a bunch of neat stuff, stressed out to the max, learned to live without sleep, found out sleep was important, learned to sleep under desks, learned sleeping under desks was uncomfortable and disgusting, cosplayed at school, got a sweet cintiq tablet for xmas, had to pay for sweet cintiq, filmed a chase scene, feel really bad about not talking to friends for a long time, ran out of the classroom during a male nude model session.
i'm sure there was a bit more than that but yeah, FIRST YEAR COMPRETED. surprisingly.
Until septemberrr. I just gotta try and not get rusty before that.
TO ALL MY FRANDS; I am very sorry for not staying in contact very much over the school year. I was INCREDIBLY BUSY and i feel awful about it. Seriously though, I was at the school until 4 am pretty much every night completing projects. But I promise we will all hang out super-lots over the summer! I got a season's pass to Wonderland, anybody up for that?
TO BRI ESPECIALLY; I MISS YOOOOU. I"m sorry I haven't called you in so long! I will!
Other than that? STRESSIN' BOUT ANIME NORTH GUYS.
Where the hell did the time go? I thought i had.. well. more time than this! Only a week and i've got so much shit to do. I hope everyone else is a lot more organized than me. Luckily once i get there, all the stress should go away. FUNTIMESSS.
Gaming front.. Hmm. Didn't have time to play much over the school year. Pretty much just handheld games. Getting back into the swing of sitting in my basement for hours again though. Recently finished PSYCHONAUTS which was laying around for a long time. I gotta say.. i always knew that game was good, but i had no idea how good until i really got back into it again. Seriously! It's right below No More Heroes. Super great game.. makes me so pumped about BRUTAL LEGEND. That game is gonna be AMAZING!
Speaking of Doublefine.. at the Toronto Comic Arts Festival I met the Art director of Psychonauts and all-around rad guy, Scott Campbell. He was so nice! He signed my copy of Psychonauts, as well as some books i bought from him. Great comics - now that I read them, i wish i bought the rest. So after meeting him, beating the game, and some inner thought.. I've decided that one day I definitely want to work for that company! Laughing yet? Yeah I know - it's a long shot but I think it;s a good goal. I couldn't think of a happier situation than being an artist for Doublefine some day.
If anything, it's at least inspiration to do my best at school and come out with a sweet demo reel. And to make sure I keep the juices flowing over summers.
What else? Uhmmm..
Well Mike and I have started some savings for a trip to Japan next summer. We've got quite a bit saved already! I'm pumped just thinking about it! Gonna plan the shit out of that soon.

I don't like staying home all day. It makes me depressed. And I don't know why, but lately I've been more liable to be in a bad mood for no reason.
So mad at myself today for not being able to draw. I really wanted to, too. ~:| It's like I have lots of ideas and then as soon as a pick up a pencil - they poof. Not fair.

So yeah, a lot of people are at CN right now and I'm stuck at home working/babysitting D: booo. I wish i could have went to at least bring Tabby out as I won't be able to attend the next couple meets due to work. I also wanted to go to CN to browse the artist alley again, but I don't have enough money to pay to buy stuff. Twenty-five for a day is expensive >__>
Oh yeah that's right xD Tabasco is Here! And he is so awesome, I love him so much. By the end of the wait, I was starting to get worried about my mold choice. I'm confident I made the right choice now :D. I was so shocked to see they did the phoenix wright brows for me after they said they couldn't. They are amazing but kinda fudged up my plans for my Tabby/Beat swap. Oh well, hopefully I'll think of something by the time I have to ship out the sleeping head to Belladonna. Maybe I'll ask for a much darker face-up. I know his is already dark but I really want them to look different :| Idunno.
Clover on the other hand needs a complete overhaul. She definitely needs a new wig, new eyes, and new clothes. I'm even thinking of a new face up for her, but I'm not sure. I always thought I'd be fur wig person cause they're so fun, but after getting my hands on Tabby's fibre wig *-* I love it. I don't need to waste my time styling it constantly xD win. This is probably something everyone already knows xD

Oh yes. My friend has been coming out to more people and I'm really proud of him. I know he's pretty freaking obvious, but when you've known him for as long as I have, you tend to get used to him. That's why I was so shocked when he told me, haha.
Mike came over the other night for fun and junk. We played STOOPID. TAIKO. DRUMMASTER. which is stupid. Makin' my hands hurt >3> I swear the thing is broken. We also played strikers charged, which is just an awesome game. I think we we're pretty evenly matched there >D! And we watched a Goofy Movie and some stupid infomercials XD Bad Bowie haircut ftw.

Originally I was gonna sell it after I got his true face back from Bella but I have other plans for it now. Since I've barred myself from buying more dolls for awhile I've remedied this by using the extra head for a different character using Tabby's body. i know it's not original or anything xD; The other character will be Beat.
I haven't worked out the details yet, but I'm fairly happy with the idea so far ^^ It means I don't have to waste the face up he's coming with. I think since they look so much alike it would make sense that they are brothers. The only problem is that i don't know if he will be nicer than Tabby or more evil/devious o.o I have both in mind but I just haven't decided yet. Oh well, I've got the time xD;
The scarf, yes the scarf. I DO plan to make that at some point, cause it will be important to the story of why they're on the same body and why you never see them at the same time >.>; I think i can make the arms, hands and fingers out of wires and sew the scarf together over it. Makes sense right? I want it to have some strength and be posable and whatnot. I hope it works out, I'm pretty excited about it ^^
